Burdock Brewery

Burdock is a downtown Toronto brewery that makes both everyday beer and more unconventional releases, always with an emphasis on flavour worth sharing. That open-minded approach carries directly into its non-alcoholic collection.

Swishh translates the soft, tropical shape of a modern hazy IPA, while Swoon heads in the opposite direction with chocolate, coffee and roasted stout character. With only a few alcohol-free releases, Burdock still covers unusually wide ground and appeals to drinkers looking beyond standard lager and pale ale.
