How long will my order take?
We stock every item we sell at our warehouse. We want you to get your drinks to you as soon as possible. Standard fulfillment time for all orders is 1 business day from order placement, and should be delivered in 1-2 business days. Currently we don’t ship on weekends.
Need your order faster? Special cases can be made in certain circumstances- please email us.
How is my order shipped and when will I know it has been shipped?You will receive an email shipping confirmation with when your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for information to be generated.
Delivery within Ontario is available with various couriers. Deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm.
Remote and Northern Ontario regions may be subject to five business day delivery through Canada Post. PO Boxes will also be delivered though Canada Post.
Eligibility for free shipping to remote areas is determined at our discretion. We reserve the right to decide whether we will cover the shipping costs for orders destined for these locations. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you to discuss the shipping options and any potential charges before proceeding with your order.
Shipping Speed | Transit Time
Time-in-transit is estimated by distance to the destination postal code from our Fulfillment Center in London ON. Generally our courier partners carry a standard 1-3 business days in transit, depending on location.

Shipping to the United States
Due to ongoing tariff confusion. We have PAUSED USA SHIPMENTS.
We use Canada Post/UPS and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight/volume
We do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, and Nebraska. This is due to regulations and shipping limitations.
