Upper Thames Brewing Co. beer is crafted in house in small batches by brewers Drake Merritt and Nigel Inglis.  They brew with high quality, locally-sourced ingredients from across Ontario.  Some of their ingredient suppliers include The Tavistock Hop Company (Tavistock, Ontario),  Barn Owl Malt (Belleville, Ontario) and BSG (Guelph, Ontario).  This is by far the freshest, best-tasting, unfiltered, preservative-free beer you can find in Oxford County.
