Wellington Brewery
Wellington Brewery has been part of Guelph’s independent craft-beer landscape for decades, combining established brewing experience with a willingness to keep developing new formats and flavours. Its non-alcoholic range is notably diverse.
Mucho IPA delivers citrus and hops, while the sparkling hop waters strip the experience back to carbonation, aroma and zero calories. Additional releases fill out the space between beer-like and ultra-light refreshment, making Wellington one of the more flexible collections for exploring hop flavour.
