Inspired by traditional British gin, Clever Gin & Tonic starts with a botanical distillate of juniper berries, green cardamom and coriander. Quinine adds the dry, unmistakable bitterness that gives a classic G&T its structure.
It stands out because it keeps the herbal complexity and crisp finish gin drinkers expect instead of covering everything with sweetness. The recipe earned Double Gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
