Once a guide for sailors navigating treacherous waters, it now stands as a symbol of Irish history, resilience, and home. It’s also the birthplace of our brewmaster, Rob Doyle — and the inspiration behind this stout.
Dempsey is Rob’s maternal grandmother’s maiden name, grounding this beer firmly in family and tradition.

Dempsey’s is a classic Irish-style dry stout, brewed with care and finished with a touch of nitro infusion for a smooth, creamy pour. Expect roasted malt character, a dry finish, and that unmistakable stout mouthfeel — without the alcohol.
