A balanced blonde ale under 0.5% ABV, with gentle golden malt, light herbal hops and 20 IBU.
Two Row and Cara malts form a smooth malt centre, while Hallertau Tradition and Saaz add a restrained herbal hop finish. The bitterness gives the beer definition without moving it into pale-ale territory.
It offers more malt character and body than a very light lager, while staying softer and less hop-forward than Sober Carpenter’s IPA releases.
