Sober Carpenter (Non-Alcoholic) White
A Belgian-style white beer with bitter orange peel, coriander and a soft wheat-and-oat body.
Toasted wheat, oat flakes and Cara malt create the haze and lightly creamy texture. Hallertau Mittelfrüh keeps bitterness low at 8 IBU, allowing citrus, spice and light acidity to define the finish.
It offers more texture and seasoning than a pale lager, but less fruit intensity and tartness than Sober Carpenter’s Raspberry Sour or Blueberry Wit.
