Hickson Brewery

Hickson Brewery, operated by Brasserie Les 2 Frères, is a craft brewery in Quebec founded in 2014 by two brothers with a passion for brewing inspired by their grandfather. The brewery is named after James Hickson, a British innkeeper whose signature beer influenced their brewing philosophy. Known for their creativity and quality, they offer a diverse lineup of beers, including IPAs, porters, and New England styles, which have won multiple awards, such as a platinum medal at the Mondial de la Bière​
