Mythmaker is a non-alcoholic pilsner from Bellwoods Brewery, brewed in collaboration with Burial Beer Co. It is light, crisp, beautifully clean, and built for one very simple job: tasting like a real beer without making a big deal about it.

This is not a heavy-handed hop bomb pretending to be refreshing. It is not sweet, watery, or weird. Mythmaker was created with a harder goal in mind: make a true light beer at 0.5% that actually delivers.

And they pulled it off.

It pours a bright straw gold with a clean white head, giving you that classic premium-lager look right away. On the nose, a careful dry hop of Tettnanger brings soft dried-wildflower notes, a little refined spice, and just enough hop character to keep things interesting without taking over.

The body is lean, crisp, and highly drinkable. A clean malt backbone gives it structure, while the snappy carbonation keeps every sip sharp and refreshing. The finish is dry and palate-cleansing, making this the kind of non-alcoholic beer that disappears faster than expected.

Think ultra-light, ultra-pale premium lager energy — familiar, clean, cold-beer refreshing — but with the craft precision you would expect from Bellwoods.
